I didn’t expect to have strong opinions about a dog harness, but the Ancol Viva Comfort Dog Harness has been a great buy mainly because my dog Reggie loves it.

It’s lightweight yet sturdy, with soft padding that seems genuinely comfortable. Reggie usually fusses with new gear, but he took to this straight away, which says a lot. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a good fit, and it doesn’t rub or chafe, even on longer walks.

It’s also quick to put on and feels more secure than a collar, especially when he pulls. After regular use in different weather, it’s still holding up well.

Overall, it’s a comfortable, practical harness that both me and Reggie are really happy with.

It’s much lighter than other harnesses we’ve tried, so it doesn't seem to weigh them down on longer walks. The step-in design is a lifesaver because my dog usually hates anything going over their head!
