At Pawsome Pets At Home, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward returns and refunds policy.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

What Can Be Returned

  • Pet Accessories: Dog collars, harnesses, and cat collars in original condition
  • Unopened Pet Treats: Sealed packages of dog treats and cat treats
  • Pet Toys: Unused toys in original packaging
  • Other Pet Products: Any unused items in original condition

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or partially consumed pet treats for hygiene reasons
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged by pets or normal wear
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Return Items

To start a return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and prepaid return label
  4. Package items securely in original packaging
  5. Send items back using our prepaid label

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned items:

  • We'll inspect items within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive email confirmation when refund is processed

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors. Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preference. We'll send your replacement item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, contact us immediately. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
